What is your view on Internet Marketing?
Are you promoting products?
Are you promoting yourself?
Always, you are always promoting yourself!!
So the best advice is for you to decide your digital profile and project it in all of your promotions.
In this way you create your own brand.
Always operate with integrity, and you will be recognised and people will follow your recommendations.
Once you have successfully promoted yourself, with your own integrity, it is then much easier to promote your products!
How do you build up your digital profile?
One way is to form your own Logo and choose a favourite photo of yourself, and always use the same one. Incorporate these in all of your on-line activities, including social networking platforms, so that they become identified to you. When people see that photo elsewhere, then they will recognise that it is you. This is very simple, but it is important.
Always be selective with any products that you promote. Make sure that you select good, steady companies that provide products that people want. This is part of your integrity, as people need to identify you with excellence, which includes excellent products.
In your blogs, use unique content, which will help your blogs to do well.
Always cloak your affilate links, so that your blog is not identified as a “thin” site.

I liked how you emphasized the important of a consistent profile picture. I agree that adding a logo that suits you makes you stand out even more. It is fun to be creative in creating or selecting a logo. And it’s even more fun when your hubby is a great graphic designers and does it for you! I’m so lucky!

I like your style. You write straight and to the point with some very good advice about personal branding. Some people say that using the same photo everywhere is boring. I agree with you that the repetition equals recognition.
It looks like a few spammers have found and abused your site. You should get the askimet plugin to weed out a lot of that nonsense.
